Refund Policy

The refund can be requested by logging into your “My Account” page and pressing the “Request Refund” button. In the event there are any issues, feel free to contact our customer service team on info@kiddio.ae.

Once you have submitted an online refund request, the process is conducted in 3 simple steps.

1. Pick-up: 2-4 working days to arrange and pick up the item(s) you’d like to return.
2. Process: Up to 2 working days to perform a quality check and issue the refund.
3. Refund: Your bank or card issuer may take an additional 14 working days to process the refund transaction.

Once we receive the return request and process the item(s), we will issue your refund to your credit card or bank account based on the original method of payment.

Cancellation Policy

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances. We begin processing orders immediately to ensure timely delivery, and as a result, we are unable to accommodate order cancellations.

However, if there is an issue with your order upon delivery—such as damage, defect, or incorrect items—you may be eligible for a refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.
